Information supplied through an inquiry

The inquiry form asks for a name, email address, and purchase or partnership interest. A company name is optional. Purchase inquiries include a preferred transaction platform. Partnership inquiries include the proposed use. These details are used to review the request, respond, and continue the resulting discussion.

Keep the proposal limited to information needed for that conversation. Do not submit payment card details, account passwords, identity documents, or confidential technical material through this form. If a transaction requires additional verification, the appropriate process can be discussed separately.

Services that handle a request

The website and inquiry infrastructure use Cloudflare services. Submitted details pass through the inquiry service for processing and email handling. Routine technical information, such as an IP address, request time, and browser information, may be processed by hosting infrastructure to operate and protect the service.

An inquiry is not enrollment in a marketing newsletter. The information is not used here to create advertising audiences or publish a visitor profile. Transaction providers such as GoDaddy and Escrow.com apply their own privacy terms when a visitor later uses their services.

Cookie choices and browser storage

This site stores the choice made in the cookie notice in the browser under a RoboCharger-specific preference. Both Accept and No thanks dismiss the notice and remember that choice. Optional analytics and advertising tracking are currently off for both choices.

The preference remains until browser storage is cleared or the choice is changed using Cookie choices in the footer. If browser storage is blocked, the notice may appear again on a later visit. This storage contains the consent choice, not the contents of an inquiry.

Links and resources

Articles and the Studio page link to other organizations for context. Opening those destinations brings the visitor under their separate policies. The site does not control how an external destination handles a visit. Images and icons on these pages are served as website assets.

Retention and requests

Inquiry correspondence is retained as needed to assess and follow up on the request, manage any resulting transaction, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. The appropriate retention period depends on whether a discussion progresses and whether records are needed for a dispute or other obligation.

To ask about access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information, reply to any correspondence received about the request. If no correspondence is available, use the partnership option in the inquiry form and identify the message as a privacy request. Supply only enough information to locate the earlier inquiry. Identity may need to be confirmed before records can be disclosed or changed.

Changes to this notice

This notice reflects the functions offered on RoboCharger.com. It may be updated if those functions or the handling of inquiry information change. Review the notice before sending additional information if a previous visit was some time ago.
